ISME Management Journal – Xplore is a research journal focuses on Contemporary issues in Management and is intended to highlight the challenges faced by modern-day businesses. Business environments are radically different and very complex compared to the last decade. There is a paradigm shift across all sectors including manufacturing, agriculture and service sectors. Factors such as shifting demographics, widening income inequalities and climate uncertainty are changing and challenging the dynamics of doing business.
To adapt and transform businesses, we need newer perspectives on business models, industry structures, work, social systems, and value creation. Call for Papers
ISME Management Journal- Xplore is a bi – annual online journal on contemporary issues in management. The eminent review panel has accomplished researchers both from academics and industry. ISME Management Journal- Xplore invites original research works from academicians and industry professionals form the following domains:
- Political and Economic Environment
- Business Excellence & Sustainability: Manufacturing, Services and Agricultural Sector
- Functional areas of Business
- Management of Technology
- Redefining Management Education
Empirical Research Papers, Conceptual Research Papers, Perspectives, Case Studies and Caselets, Working papers, Book Reviews and Informative articles are all invited for publication.
Author Guidelines for Paper Submission:
Manuscript should be original and unpublished work.
An abstract of around 200-250 words comprehending the content of the article with four to five keywords should be listed as per JEL Code classification.
Length of the research papers should be between 3000-9000 words.
References must be in ‘APA’ style and judiciously checked for completeness, accuracy and consistency.
All Figures and Tables (charts, diagrams and line drawings) should be numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals. Appropriate captions for all tables and figures should be provided.
Paper submissions deadlines:
Throughout the year manuscripts are invited, selected papers will be published in the months of September and March every year.
The blind review process:
Time period of between 30-45 days is required for the review process after which the author will be intimated about the revisions (if any) and the publication procedures.
